can somebody help me massage my foot??
yeah...had an injury due to the soccer match yesterday...
hmph..
cant walk propely sia....
cant walk propely but then go bugis n plaza singapura aft soccer...hahahha...

yups...
went to helmi house for a while then went to meet ben n wilson at bugis..
cauze Ben wanna buy sth...
yups...
he buy a pouch...lyk mat rep sia....haha...ben ben....
then, wilson i i disturb ben..we disturd until he paisey sia...haha...the face turn red sia...hahaha...
after that went to play pool...i dunno how to play lar..n i dun want tooo....lazy lar..later paisey sia....
overall....
the trip was funny...full of laughter ..enjoyed it very much although my bro ,helmi ,was abit emo....hahas...
lek arh helmi....im here to comfort u...wakkaaaka..
okiies...moving on....ouh yar....i did saw Cindy at plaza singapura...yups..she went to watch movie with her friends...
yups....at first we plan to watch movie...erm..STORM THE YARD..
then, end up we went home...not exactly lars..
it was too late for us to watch..den took MRT to jurong east..after that,then we split up...wilson n ben go eat at ADJESEN..or sth lyk that lar...
helmi went home..i guess...
n me....yar...u guesss it...i went home...cant carry on walking with my injured legg lar...i was struggling through out the whole trip...
yeah...NO PAIN NO GAIN..
straight away shower n put alot of ice inside plastic bag and tie it ard my foot with towel....
my legg was numb sia...
cant even walk at that time..
yeah...
slept early yesterday...do my home work n watch tv..ard 11 then i slept...after prison break..yar..hehe..cant miss my fav show mahh...
yups..
today.....
woke up ard 9 ...wahh...luckily today can walk redi..but limping lar...
HANDICAP for one day oni...
i hope soo...
today i put some cream on my foot n then roll bandge ...
roll it very thight sia...
i lyk...very thight then can release the pain faster..
roll the bandge still can see one big lump on my foot...hehe...
okies...
i guess i cant go out for a few days...hmph...
i wanna play soccer lar deyy....hehe....
i guess thats all for now...yeah...
gonna get some rest...

btw,i would be happy if anyone would wanna massage my foot..not the bottom part but the upper part lar...hahaha...
